Dale is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, and the only one that I ever trusted completely. He worked with me tirelessly over a period of four years, and showed me many houses, until we found the one that met our needs. Having worked in both construction and real estate, Dale knows the housing market and home construction better than anyone I ever met. He never failed to point out subtle design or construction features that I would not have noticed. He always looked out for my best interests and gave me his honest opinion. Dale always gave me priority service, and made me feel as if I was his most important client. As closing neared, Dale organized all the inspections, appraisal, and reviews in a rapid and efficient manner thanks to his familiarity with all the local professionals. Despite buying a short-sale property, we closed earlier than predicted, thanks to Dale's diligence. I would not hesitate to recommend him to another buyer.

Dale was tremendously helpful to us in narrowing down the list of homes to tour, evaluating the quality of the homes we toured, negotiating the best sale price, and guiding us through the inspection and closing process. Dale represented my wife and I on our house purchase in Salisbury. Relocating to the area, Dale invested in us to learn what we were looking for. We initially started our listing as a For Sale by Owner but quickly realized we were not equipped to handle the sale of our home “alone.” Dale got us to closing on schedule with our initial plan. I contacted Dale in March for my upcoming move from FLA. I was previously working with a REALTOR who stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. At the end of April we drove up and saw about 10 houses and made an offer that was accepted. He warned us the house may not appraise, and eventually the deal fell through due to a surprisingly bad appraisal at the end of May. Dale represented us in both buying a new house and selling my current house. I spoke to Dale on and off for about a year. Great experience! Dale was extremely helpful with the various options that fit my explanation of what was desired as well as the process. My family and I were looking to buy a home in the Salisbury, MD area and in the beginning we worked with 3 REALTORS. Dale is the home buyers best friend. Unless you are in the real estate business or very savvy through past experience, you need your own advocate---someone who represents you the buyer, not any seller. Dale was immensely helpful to us. When we first met with him we explained our needs and budget. He found properties that met our criteria and kept us advised of new listings and updates on properties. He did a history search of the homes recently sold in the neighborhoods we were interested in. He showed us about half a dozen homes, some a couple of times, in this past brutal February weather. He even offered to chauffeur us after a snowfall, feeling the roads may be too hazardous for us. When we decided to make an offer, he helped negotiate one that was accepted.
